Simply ship back your unopened kit and we will process a refund. We suggest emailing us any pertinent shipping information to ensure we are aware and on the lookout for your item. Contact@EarSplintz.com. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your kit arrives damaged or is the incorrect item, please email a picture and description of what happened within 30 days to Contact@EarSplintz.com. We will ship a replacement barring suspicious circumstances.

All EarSplintz TM Ear Stabilization Product lines were designed for "Proactive" use by consumers. Application of our product prior to fluid accumulation will dramatically decrease the amount of pressure needed to save your ears. The amount of pressure needed to compress your ear after draining is much greater. Use our product before fluid accumulation and if fluid accumulation has occurred speak to physician and ask them about EarSplintz TM Ear Stabilization Products before use. In case of allergic reaction discontinue use.
Seller’s liability with respect to any claim by Buyer or any third party arising out of or in any way relating to any product sold by Seller to Buyer (including without limitation such product’s sale, use or transportation) will be limited solely to the cost of such product and any such claim must be filed within 60 days after the delivery of such product. SELLER WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR OTHER LOSSES OF BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE SALE, USE OR TRANSPORTATION OF SUCH PRODUCT.
